Moonbeam Tale is a personal storytelling project by Hydee M. The stories are original works, written and narrated by her, shared for gentle bedtime listening.

You agree to use Moonbeam Tale for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, and not to:

• Attempt to access private areas, accounts or data on the site.
• Disrupt, overload, scrape or interfere with the site or its forms.
• Submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

All stories, narration, artwork, characters, text and the Moonbeam Tale name and logo are the property of Hydee M and are protected by copyright. You may watch, listen and share links freely. You may not copy, re-upload, re-narrate, translate, sell, or use the stories or artwork commercially, or train machine-learning systems on them, without written permission.

By sending a Star of the Tale submission you confirm that:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child described, and are at least 18 years old.
• The details you provide are accurate and contain no surname, address or other sensitive personal information.
• You give permission for a story to be created featuring your child’s first name and an illustrated likeness, and for that story to be published and promoted on YouTube, social media and in eBooks.

Submitting does not guarantee that a story will be made. Stories are chosen at Hydee M’s discretion, and there is no fee either way. Any story created from a submission remains the copyright of Hydee M.

You may withdraw your consent using the Contact form. Reasonable steps will be taken to remove the story, though copies already shared by others may remain online.

Moonbeam Tale links to YouTube and other external places. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and Moonbeam Tale is not responsible for their content.

The site and stories are provided as they are, without any promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. Moonbeam Tale is entertainment, not advice of any kind.
